For instance, if you sell a faucet for Rs. 1000 + Rs. 150 shipping and handling charges, and the buyer pays a total of Rs. 1150, you would purchase the faucet from a supplier on a dropshipping site for Rs. 750, keeping a profit margin of Rs. 250. Once the order is placed, the supplier ships the faucet to your customer and provides you with a tracking number. It’s a simple and effective process.

To shop on Fulfill Pro, it is mandatory to have a registered account with us. Without an account, you will not be able to place an order. Your Fulfill Pro account also allows you to track your orders, payments, shipping details, and notifications, among other things.
No, you do not need to buy the products before selling them when it comes to dropshipping. A significant advantage of dropshipping is that you can start your business without making any major investments. Our dropshipping model allows you to list our products on your website or marketplace and only purchase them from us once you receive an order and payment from a customer. This means that you do not have to invest any money in our products upfront. You can purchase our products at a discounted price after you receive payment for the product from your customer.
Absolutely! You are free to sell our products on various marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Google Store, Flipkart, as well as on your own website. We provide you with the product data that you can download from our site and list on these platforms across India. This allows you to expand your reach and sell our products on multiple channels.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
Once an order is confirmed and paid, we initiate the dispatch process the following day. However, please note that the handling time for an order is typically 1-3 working days. At Fulfill Pro, we work with multiple carrier partners to ensure that your customer receives their item safely and promptly at the most reasonable price. Depending on the customer’s postcode, it may take a maximum of 5-7 days for delivery.
It’s important to note that delivery time only starts after the buyer’s payment has been cleared, and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 3-5 working days of receiving cleared payment). Please understand that we are unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners can guarantee either.
All products sold by us are brand new and are dispatched in the same package as provided by the supplier. The warranty of products will be applied as mentioned in the listing.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, you are required to notify us within 7 working days post-delivery. Please provide a detailed description along with images or a short video clip (depending on the nature of the issue) of the concerned area to process the claim further. Once the concern is assessed and approved by the customer service department, we will contact you for further return, replacement, and refund process. Do not proceed with the return without our confirmation/approval.
If you change your mind, the item is not as expected, or there is a size issue (despite given dimensions), restocking fees plus return freight will be subtracted from the refund. The return should be dispatched within 5 days after receiving approval from Easydropship.
A refund generally takes 2-3 working days to process and will be processed to your wallet. Please allow 5 additional working days for the finance department to process the transaction.
The replacement will take a maximum of 3-5 working days to dispatch after confirmation, depending on stock availability. In case of delay in confirmation, the dispatch time may vary.
There will be no replacement or refund in case of product misuse, mishandling, mistaken installation, or tampering. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by manufacturers.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. You will need to provide us with a detailed description of the issue and also provide images or a short video clip of the damaged area/part not working. Once we receive this information, we will assess the situation and decide if the item is eligible for a warranty, replacement, or return.
Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. Replacements cannot be dispatched until the damaged/faulty goods are received. The goods must be returned complete in their original packaging and with all accessories.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to make a decision on the warranty claim as it may involve our technical team, suppliers, or the manufacturer.
If the item is deemed faulty, you will have the option of an exchange or refund. Once we confirm receipt of the product, we will inspect the faulty item. If the product returned is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to the customer and return charges may apply.
Refunds generally take up to 2 working days to process and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days for your financial institution to process it.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible through our contact form or email. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation. Our team will check the status of your order and inform you if it is possible to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it, and you may need to go through our return policy to initiate a return once the product arrives.
If there are any unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as a shortage of inventory, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues, we will contact you and inform you about the delay in delivery. We always strive to deliver your orders on time and we appreciate your understanding in case of any unforeseen delays.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and checking the order status.
Please note that the handling time for an order may be up to 3-5 working days. However, we will do our best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.
There are no minimum order amount requirements. You are welcome to order a single product at a time.
