Shipping and Delivery Timeframe:

3. Depending on the customer’s postcode, delivery may take a maximum of 15-25 days.
4. Delivery time begins after the buyer’s payment is cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 3-5 working days of cleared payment).
5. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as these are subject to our delivery partners’ capabilities.
Product Condition and Warranty:
1. All products sold by Fulfill Pro are brand new and are dispatched in the original packaging provided by the supplier.
2. The warranty of products will be applied as mentioned in the product listing.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
1. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 7 working days from the delivery date.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with images or a short video clip (if applicable) of the damaged/faulty area.
3. Once the concern is assessed and approved by our customer service department, we will guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.
4. Please refrain from returning the item without our confirmation and approval.
Change of Mind, Size Issue, and Product Expectations:

Refund Process:

2. Please allow an additional 5 working days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
